IQVIEW Product Warranty & Service

Thank you for choosing IQVIEW products! To ensure your peace of mind, here’s our clear warranty policy:

1. Warranty Period

· 9-series IP Cameras, DVRs, NVRs: 2 years (counted from the invoice date)

· 7-series IP Cameras, DVRs, NVRs: 1 year (counted from the invoice date)

· HD 4-in-1 Coaxial Cameras: 1 year (counted from the invoice date)

· Mini Cameras, Body Worn Cameras: 1 year (counted from the invoice date)

· Audio Recorders: 1 year (counted from the invoice date)

2. What’s Covered?

This warranty applies to products that have been properly installed and used. We’ll cover defects, malfunctions, or failures caused by manufacturing issues.

3. What’s Not Covered?

Repairs won’t be covered if damage is due to:

· Accidents (e.g., drops, impacts) or improper use (e.g., wrong power supply,unauthorized disassembly)

· Natural disasters (floods, fires, etc.) or environmental issues (extreme heat, humidity, corrosion)

· Power surges, electrical faults, or unauthorized repairs/modifications

· Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that doesn’t affect function

4. What We’ll Do

During the warranty period, we’ll either repair or replace the defective product—we’ll choose the best solution for you.

5. How to Return a Defective Product

· Please keep the original packaging, user manual, and all accessories when returning.

· Shipping costs:

· You pay for shipping from your location to IQVIEW, plus any local customs fees in your country.

· We cover shipping from China back to you, plus Chinese customs fees.

6. Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your product fails after the warranty ends, we can still repair it—you’ll only pay for replacement parts. You’ll also cover all shipping and customs fees.
